Façade of the Minerva Theatre, Chichester, 1995

1245
001245.jpg

Colour photograph showing the façade of the Minerva Theatre in Chichester. Taken from across the road, it shows two similarly shaped blocks in keeping with the hexagonal Festival Theatre next door. The larger block, which dominates the photograph and houses the studio theatre, is in brown brick, with a smaller glass structure to the right. This smaller, two-storey block connects the studio with a larger glass structure out of shot to the right, which contains a restaurant and foyer. The name of the theatre appears underneath its logo (in keeping with its namesake; a profile of the Roman goddess), both in gold on one of the plain walls of the larger block.
