Colour photograph showing the proscenium and the ceiling of the former Curzon Cinema in Clevedon. Taken from an unused balcony, it shows the top of a rectangular proscenium with a segmental vaulted ceiling above. The ceiling appears to be lined with plaster decoration but is in fact comprised of pressed metal plates of various dimensions. It is a design made up of square panels with circular features in the middle of each segment. The lower half of the photograph is dominated by a false ceiling that extends from the balcony to the proscenium.
