Colour photograph showing the auditorium of Pendle Hippodrome in Colne. Taken from the balcony looking directly at the stage, it shows the stage and proscenium, with the stalls below, the ceiling above and sidewalls either side. It is a long and narrow auditorium with three panels on each of the sidewalls carrying ‘crossed flaming torch’ light fittings (rescued from the Palace Hippodrome, Nelson). The ceiling is wood-boarded with sloping sides.
