Colour photograph showing the main entrance of the Alexandra Theatre in Birmingham. The entrance is separate from the main part of the theatre and resembles a shop front on the corner of a high street. Occupying two storeys, it has signage advertising ‘Die Fledermaus’ at ground floor level, a shallow canopy over the entrance bearing the name ALEXANDRA, and ‘Gershwins Café Bar’ occupying the top floor.
