Colour photograph showing the rear circle at the Theatre Royal, also know as the Old Vic, in Bristol. Taken from the stage left side of the circle looking towards the rear of the auditorium, it shows a circle situated behind some raked stalls, which are visible to the left, decorated on the front in delicate gilded filigree. Slender fluted columns support the dress circle above, whose balcony front is visible in the top right hand corner of the photograph.
