Colour photograph showing the façade of an amusement arcade (‘Leisure Investments’), formerly the Penny Theatre, in Canterbury. Taken from across the road it shows an altered seventeenth century house on three storeys with shop windows inserted at ground floor level. It is an entirely domestic looking building in two main bays. They are largely the same except for treatment of the upper storey; on the left hand bay it is projected, whereas on the right it is set into the attic.
