Built as a museum and for exhibitions, it was converted to the present form in 1954. The exterior is Gothic, and the auditorium approached by a flight of stairs. Seating 199, live performance and film are presented. Ancillary rooms and the Danielle Room and the Gallery, both of which house art exhibitions from time to time.
